Technical assistance is managed via outsourcing by M.C.S. Medical Care Systems, a company operating in Liguria and Tuscany, who is well known for their technicians' experience and expertise. M.C.S. Medical Care Systems was launched in 2001 by shareholders with substantial experience in the business of medical devices, and it is now proposing itself as a solid and trustful partner with strong connections with both the private and public health sectors.
Our complex is well organized to provide services and products representative of Medical Devices to an area which is consisted of the majority of northern and central Italy, and our venture is made by highly skilled professionals and technicians with expertise built upon more than twenty years of experience in the field.
Our expertise is practiced both on the field and in our specialized laboratory, which includes an ample storage with multiple spare parts immediately available to our customers.
Our staff is kept under constant and certified training in their specific area of expertise, and, while technical training is provided by the manufacturers regarding their specific devices, maintenance and safety training is provided in accordance with the relevant regulations from the C.E.I (Comitato Elettrotecnico Italiano).
